Frustration

I have no idea what to do with Reagan she continues to destroy her room at night, I stupidly put back the footstool to the rocking chair and tonight she climbs on the dresser takes down and takes apart the music box, wiped the entire container of baby vicks on the closet doors and the back of the rocking chair, shook her (no drip) cup of water out all over the floor, smeared lotion onto the carpet behind the rocking chair and had the baby vicks smeared in her hair. The lights were on and she was asleep.  I was worried about her sleeping with all the vicks all over her so I had to wake her up and give her a bath.  She says she did not eat it and I don't think she did, but it still makes me nervous.  Everything she got was in the middle of her dresser so after climbing she had to lean to get it.

She's exhausted but I have no idea how to get her to sleep, I've tried leaving her alone she wakes up in the morning fine, doesn't seem tired, naps during the day and the routine is always the same and apparently that is not working the girl needs to sleep.  Ever since we took away the Yi-Yo she's been doing this, I really want to give the yi-yo back.

Everyone I ask says they've been through it, they'll eventually sleep, 3 months and not happening, no one has any advice, just wait it out. I don't want to wait anymore, I want her to sleep. I tried googling, nothing applies.  Why does she destroy everything and why won't she sleep?! If anybody has any advice whatsoever please give it to me I have no idea what to do!
